Returns Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may contact our customer service team within 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Our support team will review your request after verifying the order and shipping information.
Return Eligibility
You may return merchandise purchased from our website within 30 days from the original shipping date.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
All original tags and packaging must be included
Proof of purchase or order number must be provided
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If your return is approved:
You will be refunded for the merchandise total plus applicable sales tax paid
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received was defective or incorrect
If your order was part of a promotion or discount, your refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase whenever possible.
Please allow:
Up to 14 business days for us to process your return after receiving the item 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
When returning items, we recommend using standard ground shipping. Refunds for shipping reimbursement, if applicable, will only be issued at the standard ground shipping rate.
For security purposes, we also recommend choosing a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.
How to Return an Item
Please follow these steps to return your merchandise:
Log in to your account on our website.
Click “My Account” located at the bottom of the page.
On the left side of the Your Account page, under Order Information, click “Return an Item.”
Select the order you wish to return.
Choose the reason for your return and provide a short description if required.
Review the return information and confirm your request.
Click the “Print Labels” button to print your return label. Each label will print on a separate page.
Place the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) inside the package.
Attach the return shipping label securely to the outside of the package.
Ship the package to our returns center.
Important Notes
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
We recommend keeping your tracking number until the return process is completed.
Gift orders will be refunded to the original purchaser’s payment method.
